Terms and refunds

These terms cover the Fuel Up Math! game on the web, iPhone, iPad and Android, published by Batson Consulting Group, LLC ("we"). By playing or buying the game, you agree to them.

The game

Tracks 1 and 2 and every preset math level are free. The full game is a one-time purchase of US$3.99 (or the local price shown) that unlocks all tracks, the garage of extra vehicles and the build-your-own practice option. There are no subscriptions, ads or other purchases.

Buying on the website

• Payments on the website are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• A website purchase is linked to your parent account (your email address), and unlocks the full game wherever you sign in with that account.
• Buying is for adults. A grown-ups check appears before any purchase.

Buying in the App Store or Google Play

Purchases made in the iPhone, iPad or Android app are sold by Apple or Google under their terms. If you sign in to a parent account, that purchase also unlocks the game on the web and your other devices.

Refunds

• Website purchases: if you're not happy, email support@fuelupmath.com within 30 days of buying, using the email address of your parent account, and we'll refund you in full. After a refund, the full game is removed from that account.
• App Store purchases: Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play purchases: Google handles refunds. See Google Play's refund page.

Your parent account

Keep access to your email address, because that's how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time in the game (Parent account, then Delete account). Deleting it removes any purchase made on the website, so ask for a refund first if you want one.

Fair use

The game is for personal and family use. Please don't copy, resell or try to get around the purchase. We may update the game, and we'll keep the content you bought available for as long as we offer the game.

No warranty

We work hard to make Fuel Up Math! fun and accurate, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions: support@fuelupmath.com. Batson Consulting Group, LLC, Tampa, Florida, USA.
